Synthesis of 2-Acetylaminofluorene-9-C¹⁴ and 2-Acetylaminofluorene--C^{14* ,}

The synthesis of the following radioactive derivatives of 2-acetylaminofluorene has been described in detail: 2-Acetylaminofluorene-9-C¹⁴ 2-Acetylaminofluorene--C¹⁴

^* Experiments on the metabolism of these compounds in the rat are reported by Morris, Weisburger, and Weisburger, Cancer Research, 10:616–20, 1950.
