Data are given which show that (a) the serum from normal C3H mice contains a substance(s) which is adsorbed by the cells of the Gardner lymphosarcoma 6C3HED with some tenacity and (b) either a new substance(s) or an increased amount of the same substance(s) is present in the serum after the spontaneous regression of the tumor.
