Some Immunochemical Relations of Bence-Jones and Hyperglobulinemic Serum Proteins of Multiple Myeloma Patients^*

Bence-Jones proteins separated from the urine of multiple myeloma patients showed greater immunochemical similarities to the hyperglobulinemic serum proteins of the same patient than to those of unrelated ones or to normal -globulins.
