Spontaneous Neoplasms in Amphibia: A Review and Descriptions of Six New Cases*

Fifty-two previous accounts of neoplastic growths in Amphibia are listed and summarized. Six new cases, including five of lymphosarcoma, are described. The diversity, sites, and distribution of amphibian tumors are discussed.

* This investigation has been carried out in the Embryology Laboratory, Department of Zoology, Oxford University, and at the Institut de Zoologie, Geneva University.
