A Molecular Approach to the Study of Genes and Their Products

Specific interactions between immobilized single stranded DNA and single stranded fragments of DNA or molecules of RNA reveal genetic relationships among organisms, patterns of gene expression, and polynucleotide sequence homologies in viral and host DNA.
