Department of Biochemistry, The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Hospital and Tumor Institute at Houston, Houston, Texas 77025

The regulation by nucleotides of the activity of partially purified ribonucleotide reductase from rat embryo was studied in vitro. No qualitative difference from the pattern previously observed for the ribonucleotide reductase from the Novikoff rat hepatoma was found. Major changes in this regulatory system evidently are not required for malignancy.
