The study of antigenic properties of Zajdela ascitic rat hepatoma cells shows considerable rearrangement of the antigenic content characteristic of liver cellsnormal analogs of tumor cells. In the tumor cells, the synthesis of embryo-specific antigens was renewed and a sharp increase in the concentration of heteroorganic antigens was observed. At the same time no organospecific liver antigens were revealed in these cells, whereas the content of species-specific antigens underwent no significant changes compared with liver cells.
