Concentration by Diaflo Ultrafiltration of Murine Leukemia and Sarcoma Viruses Grown in Tissue Cultures1 ,2

Ultrafiltration by Diaflo membranes provides a simple and useful method for achieving quantitative concentration of murine leukemia and sarcoma viruses and also group-specific complement-fixing antigens shared in common by this group of agents.
