The development of a system for the combined immunochemotherapeutic treatment of a lymphoma of BALB/c mice induced by Moloney virus is presented. Allogeneic cells specifically sensitized to the Moloney virus-induced transplantation antigen(s) in conjunction with Cytoxan can be used successfully to eradicate the lymphoma in a significant proportion of the animals. Cytoxan alone, while providing marked increases in survival time, did not eradicate the tumor. Treatment with the sensitized allogeneic cells alone was without effect.
