The contents of zinc, iron, antimony, chromium, cobalt, and scandium in DNA were investigated by neutron activation analysis during the growth of transplanted Sarcoma M-1. In the process of disease development the zinc content in DNA isolated from Sarcoma M-1 remained approximately constant, but the concentration of the other elements varied over wide ranges.
