Correction: CD45 Targeting Using an scFv4SA Fusion Protein

In the article on CD45 targeting using an scFv4SA fusion protein in the April 1, 2006 issue of Cancer Research (1), the authors generated several different genetic constructs including one with the VL-Linker1-VH-Linker2-Streptavidin configuration and one with the reverse orientation of the variable heavy and light chains (VH-L1-VL-L2-SA). The sequence depicted in Figure 2 is the VH-VL construct whereas the one actually employed for most of the experiments was the VL-L1-VH-L2-SA construct. Both orientations yield functional proteins.
