Molecular modeling of the interaction between EGCG and DNMT1: The close-up view of the consensus orientation for EGCG in DNMT1. The protein is depicted in ribbon representation and colored by secondary structures (i.e. helix, strand, loop). Both EGCG and ligand contact residues are represented in stick form and colored by atom type with carbon in gray, oxygen in red and sulfur in yellow.
