About the Cover

Cover Figure

Molecular modeling of the interaction between EGCG and DNMT1: The close-up view of the consensus orientation for EGCG in DNMT1. The protein is depicted in ribbon representation and colored by secondary structures (i.e. helix, strand, loop). Both EGCG and ligand contact residues are represented in stick form and colored by atom type with carbon in gray, oxygen in red and sulfur in yellow. Five amino acids of the enzyme may form hydrogen bonds with EGCG. For details, see the article by Fang et al. on p. 7563 of this issue.
