Effect of mIL-21 on immune cells in mouse spleens

C57BL/6 mice received i.v. injections of 20 μg of either pORF or mIL-21 DNA plasmid. Seven days later, mouse spleen cells were harvested and total cell numbers were counted. Cell suspensions were stained with fluorochrome-conjugated-specific antibodies and subjected to fluorescence-activated cell sorting analysis. Three mice were in each group. Data represent one of five independent experiments with similar results.
