    Effect of ONO-8711 on the size distribution of intestinal polyps in Min mice. Mice were fed the basal diet (open columns) or a diet containing 500 ppm of ONO-8711 (filled columns) for 7 weeks. Polyps were grouped at intervals of 0.5 mm according to their diameters. The number of polyps per mouse in each group is presented as the mean; bars, SE. *, P < 0.05, versus basal diet group; **, P < 0.01 versus basal diet group.
