    Immunohistochemical staining for AIK1 in human breast tissue. A–E, tissues immunostained with AIK1 polyclonal antibody. F, control staining with nonimmune rabbit serum. No staining was achieved in nonneoplastic breast cancer tissue (fibrocystic disease; A). Strong AIK1 expression was found in invasive ductal breast carcinoma cells of papillary carcinoma (B), medullary carcinoma (C), scirrous carcinoma (D), and mucinous carcinoma (E). Control staining (F) was completely negative in all cases. Sections were counterstained with hematoxylin. Original magnification: A and E, ×16; B–D and F, × 40.
