    Ms-SNuPE analysis (patient 487). Quantitative methylation analysis of two or three CpG sites in PAX6 exon 5, p16 exon 2, 5′ end of DBC, and 5′ end of TPEF using the Ms-SNuPE technique. The percent methylation represents the average of two or three sites using the following equation on PhosphoImager quantitation: (methylated)C/[(methylated)C + (unmethylated)T] × 100.
