Principal component analysis of ovarian carcinoma. The locations of the individual cases in the three-dimensional space are determined by both the number and the type of genomic imbalances present. The color code indicates the number of changes. Light blue (in the front) indicates the presence of one imbalance, black (in the back) more than five, and the remaining colors indicate the presence of two, three, four, or five imbalances.
