Expression of gene HAGE tested by RT-PCR in normal tissues and tumoral samples

Total RNA was converted to cDNA; the cDNA corresponding to 50 ng of total RNA was then amplified by PCR with primers sdp3.8.8 and sdp3.8.9 (Fig. 8) <$REFLINK> and 0.625 unit of TaKaRa Taq for 30 cycles (94°C for 1 min, 57°C for 2 min, 72°C for 2 min).
