Exogenous p53 enhances the early release of infectious adenovirus progeny from human cancer cells

Cancer cells were infected with AdE1+Luc/AdGFP or AdE1+Luc/Adwtp53 dual-virus mixtures. After 3 days of culture, the cell-free culture medium and the cells were harvested separately, and the AdE1+Luc virus titers in these fractions were determined.
