Physiological changes in tumor vasculature after DC101 treatment

Vascular morphology and permeability were measured before and 3 days after a single injection of DC101/control antibodies. No changes were observed for the control group. DC101 significantly reduced the vascular density, diameter, and vascular permeability in MCaIV tumors implanted in dorsal skinfold chambers of severe combined immunodeficient (SCID) mice versus control. Data are represented as mean ± SE (n = 5).
