  • NOTE: Fresh T cells were isolated from normal blood, or from ascites, blood, and draining lymph nodes in patients with ovarian cancer, and stained with mouse anti-human CD45RO, CCR7, CD3, and CD8, and then analyzed by flow cytometry analysis. Results were expressed as the percentage of marked cells in CD8+CD3+ population (mean ± SE).
