  • NOTE: Flank L1C2 tumors were established by s.c. injection in mice. The mice were treated with DMXAA i.p. when the tumor size was ∼200 mm3. Two hours later, tumors from control and DMXAA-treated mice were harvested and RNA was isolated. Semiquantitative analysis of gene expression was done using real-time RT-PCR. cDNA concentrations from each pool were normalized using β-actin as a control gene. Relative level of expression of each of the selected genes (fold change in DMXAA-treated versus control) was determined. Each sample was run in triplicate.
