  • NOTE: Transfections were done at a density of 1 × 105 tumor cells using a final siRNA concentration of 100 nmol/L. Twenty-four hours after transfection, 10 μmol/L vitamin E was added to the medium. Cells were counted with a cell counter 96 hours after transfection, stained with Hoechst, and then analyzed for DNA content by flow cytometry. Results were provided from three independent experiments done in duplicate.
