  • NOTE: Synthetic genes expressing either wild-type ACCα (ACCα-wt) or siRNA-resistant ACCα mutant (ACCα-m) were transfected to 1 × 105 tumor cells 24 hours before ACCα and FAS siRNA transfections using a final siRNA concentration of 100 nmol/L. Cells were counted with a cell counter 96 hours after transfection, stained with Hoechst, and then analyzed for DNA content by flow cytometry. Results were provided from three independent experiments done in duplicate.
