NOTE: The proportion of membrane-Hsp70–positive cells was measured with cmHsp70.1 antibody and TPP peptide on single cell suspensions of in vivo-grown human and mouse tumors of different entities. The expression of CD61 (β3-integrin) was also determined on these tumor cells. A sample was determined as membrane positive if more than 20% of the cells showed a positive staining.
